详细描述

Applied Biosystems MicroAmp系列Individual MicroAmp Reaction Tube，实时荧光定量PCR反应单管，适用于样品数量不多的小型实验使用。

MicroAmp反应管经优化设计，可与可与Applied Biosystems qPCR仪反应模块达到最佳匹配。

塑料厚度均匀一致，热循环过程中加热与冷却过程均一，确保结果精确稳定。

光滑的内壁和圆锥形底部设计，确保扩增样品的最大回收利用。

MicroAmp实时定量PCR单管分为0.1mL、0.2mL两款。

 

1、0.2mL PCR单管

单个MicroAmp 0.2mL荧光定量PCR反应管，无盖。需与PCR管8联（4323032）或12联光学透明平盖联合使用，以确保反应体系的严密密封。

适用于配置96×0.2mL反应模块的实时荧光定量PCR仪，即：

1）AB QuantStudio系列QuantStudio 1、QuantStudio 3、QuantStudio 5、QuantStudio 6 Pro、QuantStudio 6 Flex、QuantStudio 7 pro、QuantStudio 7 Flex和QuantStudio 12 Flex；

2）AB 7000系列的7300、7500和7900HT；

3）AB ViiA7。

PCR单管密封操作所需的辅助工具和操作方法，见《9700 PCR仪反应管支架》、《PCR仪启动工具套件》。

 

2、带盖0.1mL快速PCR单管

MicroAmp Fast Reaction Tube with Flat Cap，即管甚连带光学透明平盖的0.1mL单个快速PCR单管，密封良好，易于打开和关闭。

与快速热循环仪反应模块配合，最大限度地提高导热率，并提供对循环温度的精确控制。

当用于MicroAmp 96-Well Tray for Veriflex Blocks模块时，需要与96×0.1mL PCR管固定托盘(4379983)配合使用进行PCR上样（4379983），以确保样品热导均匀和控温精确。

适用于配置96×0.1mL快速反应模块的实时荧光定量PCR仪，包括：

1）AB QuantStudio系列QuantStudio 3、QuantStudio 5、QuantStudio 6 Pro、QuantStudio 6 Flex、QuantStudio 7 pro、QuantStudio 7 Flex和QuantStudio 12 Flex；

2）AB 7000系列的7500 Fast和7900HT Fast；

3）AB ViiA 7
