详细描述

MicroAmp 系列96×0.2mL PCR反应板，针对Applied Biosystems 96孔实时荧光定量PCR仪、96孔PCR仪（Veriti，ProFlex 96)的反应模块设计，确保最佳PCR性能。

生产过程从成型到包装均在10,000级洁净室车间中完成。无人源DNA，DNAase和RNAase污染和PCR抑制剂。

利用薄壁聚丙烯孔，实现最佳热传递。

样品孔突起边缘设计，减少交叉污染，又确保有效密封。

适用于以下机型：

QuantStudio 1、QuantStudio 3、QuantStudio 5、QuantStudio 6 Pro/6 Flex和QuantStudio 7 Pro/7 Flex 96孔实时荧光定量PCR仪;

7300、7500、7900HT实时定量PCR仪;

ViiA 7 实时定量PCR仪。

MicroAmp 96孔PCR反应板分为MicroAmp Optical、MicroAmp EnduraPlate Optical两个系列。

1、MicroAmp Optical系列96×0.2mL定量PCR板

Applied Biosystems MicroAmp 96孔0.2 mL反应板，适用于Applied Biosystems 96孔的实时荧光定量PCR仪和普通PCR仪。

管壁经磨砂亚光处理，减少循环模块对光的干扰，提高信噪比。

切角位置：A12。

有专为Applied Biosystems加热模块设计的半裙边，板的边缘突起。

 

2、MicroAmp EnduraPlate Optica系列9×0.2mL荧光定量PCR板

Applied Biosystems MicroAmp EnduraPlate边框采用硬质聚碳酸酯材料，具有极佳机械稳定性和平整度，热循环后无弯曲变形。

符合ANSI/SBS标准尺寸，半裙边，三侧条形码，方便机器读取，特别适合用SBS标准机械臂处理的自动化和高通量工作流程的实验流程使用。

薄壁聚丙烯材质反应孔，紧密贴合到加热模块，从热块到样品的热传递极佳。

有5种边框颜色可选。
