MicroAmp 系列384孔PCR反应板，针对Applied Biosystems 384孔实时荧光定量PCR仪、PCR仪的反应模块设计，确保最佳PCR性能。

生产过程从成型到包装均在10,000级洁净室车间中完成。无人源DNA，DNAase和RNAase污染和PCR抑制剂。

利用薄壁聚丙烯孔，实现最佳热传递。

样品孔突起边缘设计，减少交叉污染，又确保有效密封。

适用于以下机型：

QuantStudio 3、QuantStudio 5、QuantStudio 6 Pro/6 Flex和QuantStudio 7 Pro/7 Flex 384孔实时荧光定量PCR仪;

ViiA 7 384-Well实时定量PCR仪；

MicroAmp 384孔PCR反应板分为MicroAmp Optical、MicroAmp EnduraPlate Optical两个系列。

1、MicroAmp 384孔实时定量PCR反应板

MicroAmp定量PCR 384孔反应板，由相同的刚性聚丙烯材料制成，筛选去除了自发荧光反应板；

磨砂塑料使热循环加热基座的干扰荧光最小化；

独特的设计隔绝周围空气，保证孔与孔之间的温度均一性；

条形码反应板便于机器阅读，适用于自动化实验室。

2、MicroAmp EnduraPlate 384孔定量PCR反应板

MicroAmp EnduraPlate采用硬质聚碳酸酯边框，具有极佳的机械稳定性和平整度，热循环后无弯曲变形；

尺寸符合ANSI/SBS标准，半裙边，三侧条形码，方便机器读取，特别适合用SBS标准机械臂处理的自动化和高通量工作流程的实验流程使用；

薄壁聚丙烯材质反应孔，紧密贴合到加热模块，从热块到样品热传递极佳；

有5种边框颜色可选；

可提供GLP管理实验室专用的GPLE款（实验室使用）。
