MicroAmp 系列96孔0.1mL PCR反应板，针对Applied Biosystems 96孔快速实时荧光定量PCR仪、96孔快速PCR仪（Veriti Fast，ProFlex 96-well)的反应模块设计，确保最佳PCR性能。

生产过程从成型到包装均在10,000级洁净室车间中完成。无人源DNA，DNAase和RNAase污染和PCR抑制剂。

利用薄壁聚丙烯孔，实现最佳热传递。

样品孔突起边缘设计，减少交叉污染，又确保有效密封。

与Applied Biosystems预混快速PCR预混液结合使用，可实现快速反应，大大缩短PCR反应的时间。从基因组背景中扩增500 bp以下片段仅需25分钟左右，甚至只需10分钟。还可以以更快的速度扩增大片段——只需40-50分钟即可扩增长达2 Kb的片段。

适用于以下机型：

QuantStudio 3、QuantStudio 5、QuantStudio 6 Pro/6 Flex和QuantStudio 7 Pro/7 Flex 96孔快速定量PCR仪;

MicroAmp 96孔快速PCR反应板分为MicroAmp Optical、MicroAmp EnduraPlate Optical两个系列。

1、MicroAmp Optical系列96×0.1mL快速定量PCR板

MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plate的板边缘突起。

半裙边，切角位置：A12

已经优化，可实现孔间温度均一性。

管壁经磨砂亚光处理，减少循环模块对光的干扰。

适用于常规手工荧光定量PCR检测分析和普通PCR反应使用。

 

2、MicroAmp EnduraPlate Optica系列96×0.1mL快速定量PCR板

MicroAmp EnduraPlate PCR板边框采用聚碳酸酯（硬壳）材料，具有极佳的机械稳定性和平整度，热循环后无弯曲变形。三侧条形码，方便机器读取。符合ANSI/SBS标准尺寸，特别适合高通量、自动化机械臂处理操作流程使用。

有5种边框颜色可选。

薄壁聚丙烯材质反应孔，紧密贴合到加热模块，从热块到样品的热传递极佳。
