A-4-44为eppendorf 5804R、5810R台式离心机通用转头提供了2种工作吊篮。常规100mL矩形吊篮可配置多种适配器。而2×50mL锥形管专用吊篮，一次可离心8个45mL或50mL锥形管。

详细介绍

A-4-44为eppendorf 5804R、5810R台式离心机通用水平转头，适用于0.2 mL -100 mL各类常见离心管的离心。

转头样品容量小，但工作转速高达5000 rpm/RCF 4500 × g。

A-4-44转头提供了2种工作吊篮。

一种是常规100mL矩形吊篮，可灵活配置多种不同规格离心管的适配器。50mL锥形管适配器分5804758005、5804718003两款，可用于25mL、45mL和50mL锥形管离心。5804758005为常规一体式外形设计，适用于尺寸30×122mm的45mL、50mL管直接使用。使用管长度较短的新型25mL 锥形时，需在适配器底部添加相应支持垫片，以确保离心管盖高度达到适配器高度，方便离心管装卸。5804718003适配器采用底部托架上叠加多个垫片垫片的结构设计，垫片数量可根据离心管长度予以调整。当使用25mL锥形管是，为方便样品离心后移除离心管，可拆卸上部1-2个适配器垫片，以凸显离心管盖，方便操作。与此类似的是15mL锥形管适配器。5804717007最适于17×121mm标准尺寸锥形管使用，而5804755006则可同时兼容5.0mL、15mL锥形管离心。

A-4-44转头的另一种2×50mL锥形管专用（无其他管适配器可添加）吊篮，一次可离心8个45mL或50mL锥形管。

A-4-44转头、吊篮、转头盖和适配器可高温高压灭菌 (121℃，20分钟)
