详细介绍

水平转头A-4-81适用于eppendorf 5810R低温高速离心机。
A-4-81转头与A-4-62虽样品通量不同，但均采用了轻质矩形吊篮外形，适配器整体上沿用了分层垫片式结构设计。譬如50mL、45mL和25mL锥形管可共享一额定容量5×50mL、底部为锥形的5810723000适配器、15mL与5.0mL锥形管使用相同的12×15mL容量5810722004适配器。5825730003适配器是一例外，它采用的高度固定的传统一体式结构设计，当使用管身长度83mm以内的25mL锥形管时，管底需添加相应垫片，以便使离心管上部高出适配器顶，方便取放离心管。
A-4-81额定工作容量4×500mL，可直接将500mL离心瓶载入吊篮中离心。当使用175-400mL离心瓶时，转头提供了250mL、400mL圆底适配器。对于175m、225LmL和250mL锥形离心瓶，除250mL适配器外还需使用离心瓶制造商提供的响应瓶垫方可正常工作。
与A-4-62相似，A-4-81还可配置微孔板吊篮。A-4-81可以两两对称形式混合装载两个工作板吊篮和两个矩形吊篮离心，方便使用操作。
吊篮、转头盖和适配器可高温高压灭菌 (121℃，20分钟)。
选配气密性转头盖还可以安全离心任何适用的危险样品。
