详细介绍

A-4-62为eppendorf 5810R离心机配属水平转头。该转头不仅可加载250mL矩形吊篮（Rectangular bucket）搭配多种适配器，用于常规1.5mL离心管 – 250mL离心瓶离心，还可配置MTP微孔板吊篮（MTP bucket），完成少量或批量实验微孔板的处理。

离心管（离心瓶）适配器为分层垫片式设计，垫片可视离心管长度差异增减，对不同制造商来源的离心管具有强大的兼容性。

A-4-62吊篮提供了5810759005、5810763002、5810758009三种50mL锥形管应用相关适配器。5810759005为30 mm管径的30-50圆底管设计，在添加专用垫片5804737008后可用于带裙边可直立型50mL锥形管离心。

5810758009适配器工作容量为3×50mL，底部为锥形，与25mL、45mL和50mL管匹配良好。通过增减适配器的垫片层数，无需额外添加适配器可直接离心25/45/50锥形管。

5810763002适配器内部为平底，故还需添加50mL锥形管专用管底垫片（Conical Inlay or Conical insert），适用于4个45mL扣盖锥形管或50mL旋盖锥形管离心。虽然通量增加，但购置使用成本高于5810758009适配器，存在一定程度的使用管理负担。与之类似，5810755000适配器内部为锥形，与eppendorf 5.0mL、15mL两种锥形管匹配，仅需调整垫片层安装数量，就能对这两种离心管完美兼容。

MTP微孔板吊篮，可装载4×4块微孔板、4×2块细胞培养板或4×1块深孔板。在样品通量满足实验流程处理需求情况下，为简化转头吊篮更换装载，A-4-62转头可按2:2的混搭模式在转头的对称位置分别安装离心管吊篮和MTP吊篮两种吊篮同时工作。

转头、吊篮、转头盖和适配器可高温高压灭菌 (121℃，20分钟)。

A-4-62转头还可选配气密性转头盖，用于矩形吊篮，可以安全离心生物安全风险样品。
