主要功能用途

蔡司Axiovert 5支持DIC、iHMC 和相差以及多通道荧光观察方式，使用智能显微技术，自动调整透射光以及多通道荧光图像的设置及参数，获得用于数据记录的清晰图像。Labscope中的AI细胞融合度和AI细胞计数分析功能，获得COS-7、HeLa、LoVo 或U2OS 等培养细胞的细胞增殖、存活状态信息，提高细胞处理程序的速度和可靠性。

性能特点

Axiovert 5倒置荧光显微镜采用了智能显微技术，实现显微图像采集自动控制与细胞融合度和细胞计数图像AI分析。集成DIC、iHMC 和相差等各种观察方式以及多通道荧光的功能，可以轻松获取细胞所有信息。

1、智能细胞显微图像采集与分析

Axiovert 5智能显微镜可自动调整透射光以及多通道荧光图像的设置及参数、叠加多通道荧光图像（包括比例尺），将自动保存在图像文件的原始数据中。操作者摆放好样品并对焦后按下按钮，即可采集到组织细胞的清晰图像。

选择Labscope应用程序，预先经过训练的AI 细胞融合度和AI 细胞计数模块可不受限于细胞的形状、大小以及细胞类型限制，自动分析细胞的数量和细胞的覆盖面积，提供即时、定量的可视化结果。

2、组织细胞明场和多通道荧光观察

Axiovert 5支持DIC、iHMC 和相差等各种观察方式以及多通道荧光的功能，轻松获取细胞成长的所有信息。

Axiovert 5 的增强型霍夫曼调制观察（iHMC）、透射光下PlasDIC观察法能够清晰地呈现细胞核的形状和核仁，可用于医学和兽医研究领域进行显微操作（如CRISPR 注射）。清晰的浮雕效果方便准确选择准确注入位置。

Axiovert 5 配备6 位荧光滤镜转盘，可使用不同的荧光基团和荧光标记进行实验，轻松完成从转染效率鉴定到更复杂蛋白质相互作用分析等实验。配置有遮光板可用于普通照明实验环境下实验观察。

Axiovert 5 、高性能LED 光源Colibri 3和显微镜相机组合使用，只需选择相关通道并按下拍照按钮，系统自动控制光源，调整曝光时间，获取图像，可在紫外线、蓝光、绿光和红光激发通道或透射光之间轻松切换并重新开始。即使不使用计算机，也可以获得包含比例尺的多通道荧光叠加图像。非常适合弱荧光样品实验（如转染效率鉴定）。

3、手动玻片扫描APP应用

选择Labscope 的快速拼图模块， Axiovert 5 变为全景玻片成像系统。通过手动移动显微镜载物台，完成扫描、自动拼接输出全景玻片图像（WSI）。

4、操作简便

使用单手便能完成包括拍照、移动载物台、调焦和控制亮度在内的各种主要操作。

光强管理功能可在所有放大倍率下提供统一的亮度，无需在更换物镜时手动调节灯泡亮度。

Axiovert 5 TL SCB和Axiovert 5 TL FL SCB主机上配备智能控制盒（Smart Control Box），整合了全部图像数据工作接口。可以在单机模式下使用Axiovert 5，通过屏幕显示（OSD）或使用成像软件Labscope 控制显微镜,与多种型号的Axiocam 兼容,提供自动拍照、图像增强和读出带编码信息的显微镜功能。可通过过OSD或Labscope 进行系统控制。

Axiovert 5倒置荧光显微镜适用于海拔2000米以内的室内环境中使用。

工作环境温度：+5℃ - +40℃。

组成配置

Axiovert 5倒置荧光显微镜由显微镜主机基座和可选附件组成。基座通常6孔手动物镜转盘（和或6孔荧光滤镜转盘）、透射光照明柱。物镜、目镜镜筒及载物台、聚光镜及配套光学元件、荧光照明光源、摄像头均为选配附件。

Axiovert 5系统有三种工作配置方案：

1）基本常规成像单机工作模式：无需外部计算机，将Axiovert 5与Axiocam显微镜相机配合使用，直接通过屏幕显示（OSD）使用鼠标或键盘操控或使用成像软件Labscope 控制显微镜拍摄图像和录制视频。

2）高级成像Labscope工作模式：使用Labscope成像软件，连接至Wi-Fi或网络，可以独立操控所配置的Axiocam 相机，实现标准多通道荧光成像。

3）ZEN专业图像软件工作模式：利用成像软件ZEN和外置电脑系统，完成高级成像和图像分析处理工作。

Axiovert 5倒置荧光显微镜支持细胞相差、DIC（分为常规玻璃底培养容器专用的DIC观察和常规透明塑料培养容器DIC观察专用的PlasDIC两种方法）、霍夫曼浮雕立体图像观察、多色荧光观察方法，多种方法可以有机组合使用，满足多样化实验应用需求。

此外，针对活细胞观察时间的不同，提供了具有加热功能的样品支架，确保在观察和成像期间，细胞处于温度可控的状态。
