主要功能用途

伯乐Criterion中型蛋白电泳槽专门用于运行比小型Mini-PROTEAN凝胶（8.6×7.2cm）更长、更宽的1－2块中型（13.3×8.7cm）蛋白SDS-PAGE凝胶的电泳槽。一块Criterion凝胶上可电泳26个样品或者容纳11cm Ready Strip IPG胶条，可在1小时内完成电泳分离。Criterion电泳槽可兼容Criterion预制或手灌胶。主要用于蛋白质的SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳分离、双向电泳。

组成配置

伯乐Criterion中型蛋白电泳槽工作配置装置包括：Criterion电泳槽（使用Criterion预制胶）、AnyGel灌胶架（AnyGel Stand，用于Criterion空凝胶夹制备手灌胶）、空胶夹和Criterion凝胶点样托架。

AnyGel灌胶架可用于支撑任一尺寸凝胶的制备。夹钳式设计，无须外力即可保证凝胶夹处于竖直状态。可与伯乐Mini-PROTEAN 3 Dodeca蛋白电泳槽、Criterion、Criterion Dodeca Cell中型蛋白电泳槽配套使用。AnyGel灌胶架分为单排AnyGel灌胶架（single-row AnyGel stand, 1654131）和六排AnyGel灌胶架（six-row AnyGel Stand, 1655131）两款。

六排AnyGel灌胶架最多可容纳6块6 PROTEAN凝胶, 12块Criterion凝胶或18块18 Mini-PROTEAN小型蛋白凝胶，特别适合高通量实验使用。阶梯式设计和透明，便于随时观察凝胶灌制和上样过程。

单排AnyGel灌胶架可同时容纳1块PROTEAN胶或2块Criterion胶或是3块Mini-PROTEAN小型凝胶灌制。
