Eppendorf 25mL锥形离心管是细胞培养应用汇合操作的理想工具，如进行汇合 3 x T75 培养瓶(25mL)的培养基的操作。最大离心可耐受最高达 RCF 17000×g离心条件，还可用于微生物和分子实验室样品制备，如使用大量生物起始物料进行midi prep 细菌培养、克隆、DNA提取。

管直径与50mL锥形管相同，可以兼容现有多种常用实验室设备，如离心用适配器、Eppendorf SmartBlock、MixMate管架、储存盒和单离心管架等，方便离心、混合和加热以及样品制备和储存操作。

管的长度比50mL锥形管短，进行移液操作是，移液器插入管深度更浅，即便使用小量程移液器和吸头 也能轻松移取样品，并可降低移液器和离心管之间的交叉污染风险。

25mL离心管可以配备螺旋盖或创新性SnapTec弹扣盖。SnapTec管盖不仅便于单手开关，可以快速移取液体，并且SnapTec扣盖管整体可在高达 121℃下高温高压灭菌20分钟。螺旋盖的材质为高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)，具有特殊外形设计，盖的侧面平整，盖从管上取下后可自我稳定直立，降低实验台面与管盖、操作手套的污染。

高纯净原生材质，符合 USP 6 级标准，生产过程中不会添加塑化剂、润滑剂和抑菌剂等添加剂，确保样品高度纯净，以及样品或沉淀清晰可见。

洁净等级（Purity grade）：每批均经过检测和认证,无菌(sterile)、无热原（pyrogen-free）、无 DNase、RNase 和 DNA（人类和细菌）(DNase-free, RNase-free, human and bacterial DNA-free)。

在-86℃至100℃温度范围保持良好密封。
