详细介绍

可处理5mL中等容量样品，便于将低拷贝DNA的样品起始体积提高到5mL，而无需将样品分装到几个小离心管，提高低拷贝质粒DNA的回收率和产量。

最高可耐受RCF 25000 xg离心。

有易于操作的卡扣盖或安全的旋盖两款可供选择。卡扣盖（Snap cap） 简单实用且符合人体工程学的单手操作。螺旋管盖（Screw cap）带有扁平和凹槽侧面，方便抓握操作。

离心管适用工作环境温度范围： -86℃ – 100℃（锁扣盖离心管使用固定夹 ≤ 100℃ 时）。

锥形底部与15mL锥形底离心管一致，与市面上多种离心机转头、适配器和管架配套。并与5mL移液器（手动和电动移液器）以及epT.I.P.S.移液器吸头、epMotion自动化工作站的适配器、Thermomixer加热模块等兼容。

由超高纯度、透明聚丙烯材质制成，不添加塑化剂、脱模剂或抗微生物剂，确保可靠的实验结果。 5.0mL卡扣盖管采用Eppendorf LoBind材料制成，更大程度提高珍贵样品的回收率。

提供经批次验证的Eppendorf Quality、PCR 洁净级、无菌级和 Eppendorf Biopur 生物纯级质检证书。

可以为光敏感样品提供琥珀色离心管。
