Binder CB 170-O三气培养箱是在CB 170 CO2培养箱基础上增加0.2-20%或10-95%控制范围的氧气控制功能而来，常用于原代细胞、干细胞、肿瘤细胞、生殖细胞及再生医学组织的低氧培养，并可同时兼顾常规哺乳动物细胞静态培养、滚瓶振荡培养。

主要功能用途

Binder CB 170-O三气培养箱由CB 170 CO2培养箱基本功能基础上增加0.2-20%或10-95%控制范围的氧气控制功能而来，常用于原代细胞、干细胞、肿瘤细胞、生殖细胞及再生医学组织的低氧培养，同时兼顾常规哺乳动物细胞培养。

 

性能特点

CB 170-O三气培养箱标配0.2-20%氧气控制模块。此外还提供了10-95% O2浓度范围控制扩展模块选项。

彩色触摸屏控制器可实时显示时间、温度、CO2浓度、O2浓度的工作状态参数，旋转式按键进行参数设置，操作方便。

具有符合国际标准的180℃干热灭菌自动灭菌程序，防污染设计。

无需专用耗材就能高效运行。

Anti-Plenum一体式不锈钢内腔、圆角无缝设计。采用一体式隔板支架系统，标配三个隔板。腔体内无通风设备、无额外突出的通风管路和滤器，清洁维护方便。

采用单光束红外线技术CO2传感器，长期保持稳定、无漂移，并可原位干热灭菌，灭菌操作方便。

采用文丘里原理（Venturi effect）设计CO2气体混合喷嘴，无需循环风扇即可实现箱内气体快速混合混匀。

Ventair气套直热式加热控制，腔内温度分布均匀，有利于开门后迅速恢复设置温度。

配置有permadry双盘增湿系统，保持内腔湿度。冷凝保护设计则维持内腔干燥，无冷凝水聚集。

CO2 Fail Safe（失效安全）系统，用于细胞培养液的 pH 值监测和安全防护。

安装运行条件

CB 170-O三气培养箱可安装于实验台面或落地支架上两套机箱叠放使用。

工作环境温度：海拔低于2000m、通风条件良好空间的实验室内使用，不能安装于密闭空间使用。环境温度18 - 30℃。

相对湿度范围：＜70% RH

工作电源：AC 220-230V，50/60Hz，10.0 A；1.4 kW

标准三气培养箱模式（低氧培养模式）工作气体为99.5%的工业级CO2 气体、纯N2两种气体。高氧培养模式为CO2 气体、纯O2两种气体。气瓶安装两级 CO2压力调节器（气瓶出口端高压表量程0-2000 psi，培养箱入口端低压表量程0-30 psi），培养箱输入压力必须保持在最大 15psi（1.03个标准大气压）以确保 CO2 控制系统的正常运行。

组成配置

CB 170-O三气培养箱基本工作配置由培养箱主机、配套工作气瓶组成。

提供多种箱内外安装使用的功能附件可供供定制和选配，方便不同实验样品操作和管理要求。

 

1、箱体立地安装附件

底盘支架,为配备有脚轮的底盘支架（Base equipped with casters）,可用于将培养箱在实验室地面安装使用，特别适合细胞间空间有限，需要将两台CO2堆叠使用时，作为下面一台培养箱的安装底座，将其抬高和远离地面使用。在这种情况下，还需使用堆叠适配器Stacking Adapter，将上下两台三气培养箱安装堆叠和连接固定。

 

2、氧气控制模块

CB 170-O三气培养箱默认氧气控制模块的O2浓度调控范围为0.2-20%。

此外，还提供10-95%范围的氧气控制模块选项可供升级。

 

3、数据合规管理附件

工作数据模拟输出接口，用于箱体的输出端口采集温度、CO2、相对湿度和O2数据。使得实验运行合规。

对于有GMP监管规定和美国FDA CFR-21Part 11合规要求等的实验室，还需添置APT-COM 4数据审计软件，实现多用户、多台机器集中联网管理。

多人共享、存在频繁开门操作的实验环境下，6分内门套装可减少因频繁开门培养箱内环境的剧烈波动，加速温度、CO2和O2浓度以及湿度的恢复，并减少运行中气体的消耗。

对于实验空间资源紧张的实验室，还可选配培养箱带脚轮的落地安装底座和箱体上下堆叠固定专用附件，将两台CB 170 三气培养箱叠放安装使用。

箱体内部有活体细胞成像记录要求的应用，可选择加装数据线缆接入口的，便于为培养箱内设备供电和实时采集细胞图像。
