详细描述

      Applied Biosystems MicroAmp 96-Well Base，即96孔PCR样品基座，用于在实验台面固定PCR反应板或固定安装于托盘-固定器组合支架内的PCR管，便于在 PCR反应前后对PCR样品管/反应板进行所需的样品处理操作，如移液、振荡混匀处理等。
      赛默飞针对不同规格PCR反应模块和反应板规格，提供了功能适用对象略有差异的三款样品基座。
      PCR样品基座可作为多款赛默飞PCR仪和实时荧光定量PCR仪样品准备阶段的辅助附件使用。
      通常可配属于以下机型：
      GeneAmp 9700/2720、Veriti/Veriti Fast/VeritiPro、MiniAmp Plus、SimpliAmp、ProFlex PCR仪；
      7000, 7300, 7500，7900HT，ViiA 7荧光定量PCR仪
      7500 Fast, 7900HT Fast，StepOne Plus，QuantStudio 1/QuantStudio 3/QuantStudio 5, ViiA 7 Fast快速荧光定量PCR仪

1、MicroAmp 96-Well Base MicroAmp（N8010531）
      N8010531货号的96孔基座的特点是，各样品工位开孔大小一致，即可用于标准96×0.1mL或96×0.2mL孔PCR反应板样品准备，也能容纳和固定24孔的Thermo快速PCR板（AB0624），使用方便灵活。


2、Applied Biosystems MicroAmp 96-Well Support Base（4379590）
      4379590货号的96孔支持基座的特点是基座中部位置预留48孔带裙边、半裙边PCR反应板的裙边固定槽，因而除了可有效固定普通标准96孔反应板、96孔托盘-固定器组合支架外，还支持有裙边、无裙边的48孔反应板。
      因此，4379590样品基座可配属于StepOne荧光定量PCR仪使用。


3、Applied Biosystems MicroAmp Splash-Free 96-Well Base（4312063）
      MicroAmp Splash-Free 96-Well Base为目前使用最多的PCR样品基座。基座特殊加强设计，可以耐受较大离心力离心，特别适用于承载PCR板后在微孔板转头内离心处理，便于将PCR样品加样振荡混匀处理中形成的挂壁微小液滴收集。
      该基座适用的PCR机型，几乎覆盖全部赛默飞0.1mL、0.2mL反应体系的普通PCR仪、实时荧光定量PCR仪产品线。
