详细描述

Bertin为Precellys Evolution，Precellys 24 Touch，Cryolys和Minilys自动匀浆仪提供了多种为特定应用功能定制的研磨管-研磨珠工作组合套装。每个研磨管均已预先填准装有优化过数量、规格氧化锆陶瓷研磨珠，不仅即开即用，方便快捷，且可确保研磨效果。

管和盖材质：聚丙烯共聚物(Polypropylen Co-Polymered, PPCO)

无DNA酶/RNA酶认证试剂（Dnase/RNAse-free certified）

化学相容性 - 与大多数提取缓冲液兼容（如：酸Acid /苯酚Phenol/硫氰酸胍Guanidine thiocyanate/乙腈Acetonitril等）。

高压灭菌器耐受性：标准（温度121℃，时间15分钟）灭菌程序

 

1、Hard Tissue homogenizing CK28

CK28匀浆套装专为耳朵，肺，心脏，脾脏（spleen），尾巴（tail），动脉（artery），拟南芥（arabidopsis），叶子等软、硬组织均质而设计。

可用容量：2mL / 7mL / 15mL 离心管 。

7mL和15mL管设计用于全大鼠脑，全肝，肾，脾脏，叶子等组织匀浆。

2mL 管样品量范围：20mg 至 200mg 组织或 200μL至1.6mL 培养物。

7mL 试管的样品量范围：从 200mg 到 2g 组织或 200μL至6mL 培养物。

15mL 管的样品量范围：2g 至 4g 组织或 1mL至9mL 培养物。

珠子直径：2.8mm

 

2、Soft tissue homogenizing CK14

CK14 专为脑、肝、肾、皮肤、植物叶、哺乳动物细胞（mammalian cells）等软组织均质化而设计。

可用容量：0.5 mL / 2mL / 7mL 离心管

预装珠子直径：1.4mm

0.5 mL 试管的样品量范围：1 mg 至 20 mg 组织或 5μL至200μL 培养物。

2mL 管的样品量范围：20mg 至 200mg 组织或 200μL至1.6mL 培养物。

2mL 蛋白质安全管的样品量范围：20mg 至 200mg 组织或 200μL至1.6mL 培养物 + 蛋白酶抑制剂。

7mL 试管的样品量范围：从 200mg 到 2g 组织或 200μL至6mL 培养物。

 

3、Tissue homogenizing CKMix - 2mL

CKMix 专为脑、肝、肾、耳、肺、心脏、脾、尾、动脉、拟南芥、叶、肿瘤（tumor）、结肠（intestine）、脂肪组织（adipose tissue）等组织均质而设计。

1.4mm 和 2.8mm 陶瓷（氧化锆）混合物珠预装于2mL 标准管中。

2mL 管的样品量范围：20mg 至 200mg 组织或 200μL至1.6mL 培养物。
