主要功能用途

1、具备UHT平稳速度控制技术

Avanti J-15系列高效台式离心机内置超速离心机采用的UHT速度控制技术（Ultra Harmonic Technology），智能加速/减速程序，在高转速状态下降速更快，低转速状态下更加平稳，转头刹车减速过程平稳柔和，减少离心后已分离的多个样本组份层因迅猛刹车振动而重悬混合，提高样品离心结果稳定性、样品回收效率，减少操作等待时间，使离心机使用更加高效。

 

2、多维多不平衡检测

Avanti J-15系列高效台式离心机内置多维多角度实时加速度传感器，能够从多个方向进行不平衡检测和分析，更快、更精确的检测不平衡，同时也减少了传统离心机出现的不平衡误检报错。

 

3、操作更高效

Avanti J-15系列高效台式离心机采用了彩色触屏操作界面，全新软件界面设计风格如手机 App，直接设置程序参数。提供一键式访问快捷键，简便调取访问最近使用的6个程序。并且能存储多达99个程序储存。

订货指南

Avanti J-15系列离心机可配置三种转头，即JA-10.100高速角转头(6×100mL，10200rpm/11420xg)、JS-4.750大容量多功能水平转头（4739rpm/5250xg）和JS-4.750μ微孔板专用转头(4450rpm/4060xg)。可见，整体上是定位于大容量水平离心功能，同时适度兼顾了10-100mL管中高速离心需求。为充分发挥UHT控制技术在复杂多组份样品分离中的优势，JS-4.750水平转头的配置和利用是关键。
JS-4.750水平转头最大液体处理量高达4×750mL，添加配套适配器后可以离心5-10mL采血管、15/50mL尖底管、250mL平底/230mL尖底离心瓶、500mL和750mL大容量离心瓶，无论是外周血白细胞成份分离、少量细胞和大体积培养菌体的收集，均有完美表现。
Avanti J-15系列离心机继承了在Allegra X-12、Allegra X-15系列离心机上开发成功的细胞培养瓶专用适配器，可以直接固定培养瓶离心，避免了常规细胞培养中的转管离心操作环节，避免引入风险，方便快捷。
针对有潜在生物安全风险的样品，Avanti J-15系列离心机提供了两种解决方案。一是为水平吊篮配置生物安全密封盖，在生物安全柜内完成样品操作和离心前后吊篮、适配器组装。二是采用专门开发的生物安全气密性离心杯组件（Aerosolve Canisters）。离心杯直接安装于金属水平吊篮内使用。样品管则安装于离心杯配套管架（Tube Rack for Aerosolve Canisters）后，再将管架装入密封离心杯。离心结束后将处于密封状态的离心杯转移到生物安全柜内进行样品操作。
针对常规细胞培养实验、临床样品分离、应用培养工程菌收集和微孔板类实验等基础应用，Beckman采用主机+1种转头和适配器的方式，提供了多种基础应用配置套装。实际工作中，可增配所需容量规格的适配器或增配其它另外两种转头，以更好样品处理要求。
1、细胞/细菌培养应用套装（Cell Culture Package）
该套装方案为菌体培养和细胞培养样品处理设计，基础配置包括：JS-4.750水平转头套件，50mL和15mL尖底管适配器套件，可用于15mL锥形管、50mL锥形管离心。

2、高速样品离心套装（Fixed Angle Package）
套装基础配置为6×100mL BioCertified认证JA-10.100角转头(10200rpm/11420xg)，具有双重锁定功能转头盖，非常适合具有潜在生物安全风险样品材料的高速离心。

3、临床样品离心套装（Blood Sample Package）
套装配置有JS-4.750水平转头5-10mL管适配器，用于血液、尿液和其他临床体液样品的检测分析之前处理制备处理。

4、微孔板离心套装（Microplate Package）
配置JS-4.750µ微孔板转头（4450rpm/4060xg），可用于批量处理16块标准酶标板、PCR板或用于4块过滤纯化板，收集从平板培养的组织细胞释放到上清液（supernatant）的可溶性蛋白质沉淀和蛋白质结晶的回收。

5、生物安全样品离心套装（Biosafe Package）
Avanti J-15系列离心机生物安全样品离心套装是在基础JS-4.750水平转头水平转头套装基础上，配置气密性密封离心杯（Biosafe Aerosolve Canister）、密封离心杯配套15m、50mL尖底管适配器组成的。适用于含有生物安全因子的或存在潜在感染致病性的实验样品处理。
