详细描述

Bio-Rad 的转印滤纸是用于电泳和转印的高质量、100％纯棉滤纸。滤纸制作过程中使用超纯水，不含干扰任何应用的杂质。能在转印时使缓冲液均匀地从凝胶流向印迹膜。可耐受蛋白和核酸印迹中用的乙醇及其他有机试剂；

用于蛋白质和核酸转印的全棉滤纸，可与PVDF膜或NC膜配合使用；

兼容所有标准免疫印迹(蛋白质从SDS-PAGE凝胶转印到膜，以进行Western杂交)和核酸转印(northern或Southern杂交)方法；

加厚型、厚滤纸已预切割成与凝胶尺寸一致的片状，适合于所有的Bio-Rad转印槽；

转印滤纸的厚度

加厚型滤纸（Extra-thick Blot absorbent filter papers）：按凝胶大小预切割的片状形式，用于Trans-Blot半干或Trans-Blot 湿转槽中使用；

厚滤纸（Thick Blot absorbent filter papers）：在湿润状态下具有高强度，主要在Mini Trans-Blot 槽、Criterion 转印设备以及 Bio-Dot 和 Bio-Dot SF 微孔过滤仪中使用；

薄滤纸（Thin Blot absorbent filter papers）：主要在湿式转印方法转印厚凝胶时使用。

有三种式样可供使用：

方便使用的PVDF或硝酸纤维素滤纸/膜三明治形式；

裁剪成适合凝胶尺寸的片状形式；

经济实惠的卷状形式（仅限薄纸）。
