1、主要功能用途

Thermo Scientific CryoPlus 1 CryoPlus 2 CryoPlus 3 CryoPlus 4系列液氮冻存箱以液氮作为制冷剂，可兼容液氮气相和液相储存模式，具有实时自动温度监测和自动补充液氮功能，工作容积90-550L，可将菌种、动物组织细胞等珍贵样本长期维持在-130℃--192℃深低温状态以保持样品生物活性。

 

2、性能特征

Thermo Scientific CryoPlus 液氮储存系统兼容液相和气相两种储存方式。

箱盖为原位发泡的高密度聚亚安酯绝热材料，标配专利设计的通气孔（US 专利5779089），防止结冰。

双层真空绝热设计，不锈钢内胆。

保温套筒确保采取气相储存方式时，箱体内温度不高于-135℃，确保样品生物活性。

液位传感器和液氮输送口位于双层真空内，增加储存空间，同时防止冻存架取放过程中对传感器造成损害。

数字显示箱盖下方温度(腔体内的最高温度)。

独特三色LED 显示，持续显示箱体内真实液位，高/低液位报警值。

两个独立的柔性垫圈围绕在箱盖周围，防止室内空气中的水汽进入箱体导致结冰。

有气相/ 液相储存，冻存管/ 血袋等不同储存容器各类支架和分隔器等的选配件，方便优化储存空间。

整个箱体符合人体工程学原理，方便开关箱盖取放样品。

带脚轮方便在实验室内移动。

 

可选配热气旁路控制器（Gas Buy-Pass Temperature Controller）

液氮自动灌注前，热气旁路控制器首先开启，将连接管道中的升温氮气转移至空气中，直到系统达到设定的温度值。然后分流阀关闭，正式启动液氮灌注，从而避免储存区域暴露在升温的氮气环境中。

 

控制系统

控制面板带有简便的触模式键盘，易于编程，控制面板可锁定。

微处理控制器通过16个参数全面反映腔体内状况，方便精确控制。

系统允许操作人员监测液相或气相贮存。

微处理器检测到液氮不足及其它错误信息即启动声/ 光报警。

微处理器存储功能和报警时序不受断电影响。

内置式自检装置能以自动和手动两种方式工作。

所有箱体标配远程报警接口，方便远程监控箱体内信息。

 

安全质量认证

通过美国UL 权威认证，符合欧盟指令，加贴CE标志，获得中国进口医疗器械注册证CFDA。

4、安装运行条件

CryoPlus 1 CryoPlus 2 CryoPlus 3 CryoPlus 4系列液氮冻存箱正常安装、运行需满足以下条件。

工作环境温度：通风良好，18℃ - 27℃。

工作环境湿度：相对湿度小于50% R.H.。

工作环境气压：8.2 psi（57.2 kPa）- 14.7 psi（101kPa ≈1标准大气压）。

工作电源：230V 50Hz

工作液氮供应：22-35 psig (1.52 - 2.41 bar或0.15 - 0.24 Mpa)低压LN2供应罐。

5、系统组成

Thermo CryoPlus 1 CryoPlus 2 CryoPlus 3 CryoPlus 4系列液氮冻存箱标准工作配置包括自动填充LN2功能CryoPlus系列液氮冻存箱、冻存架和自增压液氮罐气源。

工厂发货时所有CryoPlus设备的液氮液位设置为蒸汽相样品储存设置。汽相冻存模式下，冻存样品远离液氮，依靠箱底液氮自然蒸发的蒸汽，将箱体内不温度保持在-130℃以下，此事箱体内部液氮液面高度限高5英寸，低限为3英寸（出厂默认设置，在设备第一次加满并允许稳定后再更改这些设置），系统自动控制液氮的补充，以便将液面控制在3-5英寸高度范围。液相冻存模式下，冻存架内冻存管盒浸没在液氮中。

功能提供的汽相工作套装包含有从底部将冻存架整体抬高3.5英寸-5英寸以脱离液氮液面的支架Riser、用于补充输入液氮排出液氮管路中温度相对较高的热气的热气旁通管。

7、订货指南

Thermo CryoPlus 1、CryoPlus 2、CryoPlus 3和CryoPlus 4液氮冻存箱,工作容积范围覆盖90-550L，是工作容量介于常规液氮冻存罐(70-184L)、CryoExtra系列高效液氮冻存箱(465L -1750L)之间的样本库低温存储设备。既可用于-192℃液氮液相冻存，也可用于-150℃液氮气相冻存。

CryoPlus箱体配置适当冻存架、用作液氮气源的自增压液氮罐即可用于液相保存。而Thermo提供了汽相存储工作套装中，自带液氮管路热气排出旁路单元、2mL冻存盒用大容量冻存架和冻存架底部增高支架。去掉增高支架后，气相工作套装即转换为液相工作模式。

有2.0mL、4.0mL和5.0mL的冻存管、Matrix 2D冻存管样品配套冻存架可供选择。不同冻存架配套的增高支架。
