主要功能用途
法国Bertin Precellys Evolution是一款集固体样品研磨、细菌胞体裂解、流体均质和组织匀浆为一体的多功能生物样品均质器。通过工作头的8字型三维振动（可达10000rpm），带动样品管内研磨珠（玻璃珠、陶瓷珠、钢珠等）高速振荡，借助于密集撞击和剪切力，能在大约30秒时间里实现对样品研磨、裂解、均质处理。可用于所有软组织(细菌、肝脏、大脑、皮肤等)、坚硬/坚韧的组织(骨头、玉米、毛发、种子、土壤等)、微生物(革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、酵母)样品、粪便、土壤等的可靠处理。
技术特点
Precellys Evolution均质器工作头带动样品管垂直方向3维震动，比单一水平或垂直方向振荡研磨方式对样品破碎均质更高效，普通样品10-40s即可完全均质。而样品处理时间大幅缩短，可有效防止样品温度的大幅上升，减少温度敏感型样品的损伤。可同时处理24个2ml/1.5ml/0.5ml或12个7ml或者6个15ml生物样品，每个样品单管封闭操作，避免交叉污染。而大型触摸屏程序编程控制，直观易用，进一步提高批间、批内样品处理效果的均一性和稳定性。
1、人体工程学设计的样品管上样
采用专利真空压盖技术加样品管固定锁板，固定样品管无需平衡，即插即用，上样更方便、快捷。
密封O-型皮样品室及
研磨舱及电机内部的连接部分用O-型橡胶环密封圈隔绝，确保样品管发生破裂时液体及样品控制在样品舱内部，防止样品污染的扩散到系统主机内部，方便清理，安全可靠。
真空压盖技术运用，降低了样品管高速振荡过程气动产热，减少样品温度上升程度。
真空压盖技术、压力及过热警报和强化保护罩, 适合在生物安全三级 (BSL3)实验室操作使用，可用于朊病毒样品(疯牛症) 检测。

5、Cryolys Evolution冷却系统
Cryolys Evolution嵌入式冷却模块是Bertin公司专为Precellys Evolution均质器处理热敏感生物样本提供独特控温保护开发的新一代冷却装置。
Cryolys Evolution具有高效冷却功能，可中和常规样品匀浆过程中所产生热量，确保在Precellys Evolution样品匀浆期间样品舱内温度维持在 0 - 10℃，防止癌症研究、药理学实验等样品RNA、siRNA、代谢产物、酶或蛋白质等热敏感分子（thermosensitive molecules）的受热加速降解，确保获得高产量提取。
Cryolys Evolution使用液氮挥发或干冰升华作为冷媒，-50℃的低温冷气自然沉降进入样品工作室，包围每个样品管，确保均质化过程中的样品内温度保持在0-10℃之间。
Cryolys Evolution可从Precellys Evolution主机控制界面，通过系统集成控制软件进行编程控制冷却流量可调。借助于温度探头，可通过Precellys Evolution软件监控精确的温度。
Cryolys Evolution无需压缩机制冷装置，直接安装于Precellys Evolution均质器顶部，通过Precellys直接供电。无需任何空气管路或电源线，不占用额外工作台面，空间局促或生物安全性实验室也可以正常使用。
