主要功能用途

       赛默飞Applied Biosystems VeritiPro PCR仪通过对样品温度的升降循环精确控制，在体外实现聚合酶链反应（PCR），可将极微量靶基因特异地、高效快速扩增上百万倍，以满足实验室检测和样品制备要求。VeritiPro96孔PCR的6区温度独立控制功能，可同时用于多个不同模版的扩增或用于优化退火温度。

       VeritiPro PCR仪可应用于分子生物学、遗传学、微生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、医学、食品科学和农业等诸多领域，进行基因表达分析、临床医学感染性和遗传性疾病的检测，病原微生物分析、转基因的检测、法医学DNA鉴定等实验研究。


性能特点

Veriti PCR仪是Applied Biosystems 2007年推出的，采用了具有里程碑意义的VeriFlex PCR控温模块：96孔VeriFlex模块由6个（2列×8孔）子模块组成，每个子模块可独立控温，既可以将96个样品按完全相同的反应条件同步扩增，也可以将96个样品管分为6组，便于在一次PCR中同时分别使用6对不同引物、设置为不同退火温度扩增以验证该引物最佳PCR退火条件，或者所有样品采用同一对引物分别采用6个不同退火温度进行扩增，实现多重PCR反应(Multiplexing)。其次是模块升温速率高达3.9 - 5℃/秒，样品升温速度高达3.35℃ - 4.25℃，可以有效支持Fast PCR应用模式。

VeritiPro PCR仪作为Veriti PCR仪的升级迭代产品，具有如下全新特点：

1、升温速度更快的VeriFlex反应模块

VeritiPro PCR仪采用改进的VeriFlex反应模块，变温速率更快，高达6℃/s，不仅完美支持快速PCR模式缩短PCR循环周期、多重PCR反应，还可模拟更多市面主流机型PCR反应热学模式，方便实验者将常用的有效的PCR反应条件直接移植到VeritiPro上使用，申请在新机器上重新优化实验条件的过程。

 

2、操作更简便

VeritiPro PCR仪采用8.0”大触摸屏（Veriti 触摸屏尺寸为6.5”）和直观交互式界面，可轻松实现PCR运行条件和数据的设置与管理。

 

3、远程管理与控制功能

全新的PCR仪联网管理控制软件（Thermal Cycler Fleet Control Software）选项（取代VeritiLink软件），支持更大规模的Veriti、VeritiPro、ProFlex PCR、SimpliAmp PCR仪和自动化PCR仪机群联网集中控制。

Applied Biosystems提供了多款用于PCR样品准备阶段和PCR反应体系构建、PCR反应过程中，与反应管、联排管、PCR板相应、配套使用的辅助工具，以提高PCR上机准备过程的工作效率、高反应孔密封效果、保护反应管和改进PCR反应孔与模块热交换的效能。
