【详细描述】

1、CoolCell细胞程序降温盒

Corning CoolCell细胞程序降温盒采用全新专利CoolCell冷冻技术：高度绝热材料、专利导的热合金和合金微对流散热技术，使超低温冰箱中的-80℃冷空气从底部进入盒内，均匀分散在中央室的每一个冻存管周围；热空气则通过顶部扼流孔来控制热排出速度。每一支冻存管均可达到1℃/分钟的降温速度。每支冻存管、每次使用在相同负载和温度条件，从而实现效果可重复的细胞冻存效果。

CoolCell细胞程序降温盒性能通过了包括干细胞、原代细胞、PBMC细胞系、昆虫细胞和酵母等多种细胞类型冻存测试。已被ATCC等众多机构以及科研单位所采用，代替之前使用的基于异丙醇的细胞程序降温盒。

CoolCell细胞程序降温盒特点直接从室温转移至-80℃冰箱使用，在冻存样品前不需要预冷CoolCell。转移上一批样品后室温下只需5分钟就进行下一轮使用。

无需使用有毒易挥发的异丙醇制剂。在-80℃的超低温环境中，可将样品的降温速率控制在1℃/分钟，重复性好。

降温盒不会冻手，不会卡住盖子。打开盒盖后，里面冻存管会部分露出，方便抓取。

管孔呈径向对称，有编号，方便辨认。

工作环境温度：-70℃～ -80℃超低温冰箱和-75℃干冰冷藏柜中

相对湿度范围：10% ～ 95%R.H.（无凝结)，保持容器内外干燥

 (说明：盒体高度与超低温冰箱配套的标准2、3英寸超低温冻存架不兼容)

适用冻存管：1ml～2ml的内旋盖（Internal Threaded Polypropylene Cryogenic Vial）或外旋盖（External Threaded Polypropylene Cryogenic Vial）冻存管，安培瓶(Serum Vials)。

多人共同使用同一台超低温冰箱冷冻样品时，可购置CoolCell彩色套装，方便区分样品。

考虑到梯度降温盒在超低温冰箱、液氮罐间转移样品时，样品处于深低温状态，接触样品管有冻伤风险，故建议使用专用冻存管夹夹取样品管。

 

2、冻存管夹（Cryogenic Vial Grippers）

的独特设计可以帮助牢牢抓取内旋或外旋冻存管。能轻松夹取干冰中或液氮中的冻存管，避免直接手拿冻存管带来的污染和冻伤。

 

3、程序降温盒空位填充管（Filler Vials）

程序降温盒实现稳定、均匀的降温速率的前提是，冻存盒所有管位都用冻存管填充。以保证冷气、热空气流动的可控。

当操作中样品管数量不足以装填满冻存盒时，空余的管位可采用空位填充管填充。
